These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of voodoobreaker.com and the VoodooBreaker game and related features (the “Service”), operated by Brandon Angel LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

Your Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information, keep it current, and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Voodoo Tokens, Points, and Certification

The Service includes in-game points and “Voodoo Tokens” and may offer a Natural Intelligence Certification. Points and tokens have no cash value, are not transferable except as expressly permitted in the game, and may be adjusted or reset to keep the game fair or to correct errors. Rewards and the free-through-fitness path are provided at our discretion and may change over time. Where certification fees apply, they will be disclosed to you; a digital certificate may be provided free to eligible players while a printed certificate may carry a fee.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation to gain an unfair advantage, harass or harm others, post unlawful or harmful content, attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours, or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

Community Conduct and Safety

Community and chat features are monitored. You agree to treat others with respect and to follow the in-game safety guidance, including arranging to meet others only within your own age group. Conduct that endangers minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.

Fitness Gate

The optional Fitness Gate uses your device camera locally to detect movement. Exercise only within your ability, stop if you feel unwell, and consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise program. You use the Fitness Gate at your own risk.

Downloadable Software

Parts of the Service may be offered as downloadable software for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software except as permitted by law.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its games, artwork, logos, and content, is owned by Brandon Angel LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Content you post remains yours, but you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brandon Angel LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
