VoodooBreaker (“VoodooBreaker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Brandon Angel LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use voodoobreaker.com and the VoodooBreaker game and related features (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Account information. When you create an account or sign in — including with email and password or with “Sign in with Google” — we collect your name or chosen display name and your email address.
  • Gameplay information. We collect information generated as you play, such as scores, wins and losses, in-game progress, Voodoo Token balances, and certification progress.
  • Fitness Gate movement data. If you use the optional Fitness Gate, your device’s camera is used to detect movement locally in your browser. We do not record, store, or transmit any video or images from your camera. Only the result — whether a challenge was passed and the points earned — is saved.
  • Community and chat content. Messages you post in community or chat features are stored so the features work and so we can keep the community safe.
  • Technical information. We automatically receive standard technical data such as your browser type and general device information, and we use cookies and similar local storage as described below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information to create and secure your account, provide and improve the game and its features, track scores, tokens, and certifications, keep the community safe, respond to your requests, and communicate with you about the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

Sign in with Google

If you choose “Sign in with Google,” Google shares your name, email address, and basic profile information with us so we can create or access your VoodooBreaker account. We use this information only to sign you in and operate your account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review or revoke VoodooBreaker’s access at any time in your Google Account settings.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and operate features of the game. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Community Safety

VoodooBreaker is committed to protecting young people. Community and chat features are monitored. Conduct that endangers minors is not tolerated, and we may preserve and report information to law enforcement where we believe it is necessary to protect someone’s safety or to comply with the law. Please only arrange to meet others within your own age group and follow the in-game safety guidance.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service — for example, with service providers who host the site and process sign-ins on our behalf — or where required by law or to protect the safety of our users. Your public display name and gameplay results, such as leaderboard standings, may be visible to other players.

We keep your account and gameplay information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required for legal, safety, or record-keeping purposes.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. You may also stop using the Service and request that your account be closed.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
