Physical Basics & the Pee Fee
After the two-week minimum of high-rep joint-focused core-more routines and some initial upgrades to nutrition and hydration, we want to really dig into physical practice, and with that, we want a next-level understanding of what we are cultivating next-level health and super strength.
My group here ON TOP OF THE WORLD gets together on Zoom Daily, and do 200 to 500 burpees and all kinds of other craziness. After several weeks your body adapts to this baseline and adding more is the next step.

Our Physical Basics start in nature and for our scope of study, they finish in performances along the journey of life. We are optimizing and enhancing the adventure itself in Super Strength Building Genius.
We thought of the heart as the motor, but for a moment let’s switch the motor thought to the stomach. The stomach gets the fuel and generates or sends energy out of the body. That motor needs work, the best oils the best fuels, and being an organic motor this motor has something called the microbiome. This is the “garden of the gut” and it is what the efficiency and strength of the motor are dependent on. Now the fuel composition for this organic motor is dynamic, we can feed this motor all kinds of stuff, it is like the motor from the Back to the Future movie – it can digest trash, it is a truly amazing motor. However, if we take our time and assemble an incredibly rich super-fuel for this thing, hyper-speed is just that far away.
Now we definitely recommend learning this fuel composition from the most experienced pros in the game, however, it can be done starting right now.
We say over and over, anything from the wild, permaculture-style grown plants in a large variety of diversity comparable to our primate cousins, and permaculture-style raised animals in complete consumption to include the brains and much of the bone tissue are the main ingredients of this. The modern agriculture supplies results are in, just look at hospital statistics, and realize that a large percentage of the issues are underscored by diet. Much of the rest is from improper physiological training and bad intentions- which will talk about in a minute.

Everything I need physcially and mentally, and every idea I need and spritual assistance I need can be gained through the deticated consistant study of nature.
Finding good teachers who have done a lot in their lives, who are honest, who in fact call out lies and stand as heroes among the deceivers is of the utmost importance. However, never forget that the ultimate teacher is nature and the most qualified to teach are students of the grand teacher.
Through any of our programs, we encourage the “solo mission” In fact, we recommend that 70% of a person’s time be spent in solo, nature mode. This is a super-strength and growth-building power move. Being able to do it all on your own on a regular basis, is the foundation on which anything else can be built. The foundation of the solo mission in the very beginning is what we call “Pee Fee.”
Looking over the document below, practitioners are able to select ten to twenty minutes worth of exercise options and stretches and balancing movements to implement starting NOW.
Some of the toughest people on the planet today maintain their readiness through the Pee Fee. This constant cyclic ten to twenty-minute routine throughout the day is designed to preserve vitality and youth and make for absolute readiness at all times – which is optimal, and natural. The more diverse this routine is, and the more it focuses on weakness, the more effective it will be to enhance the overall quality of life.
This “hard-road” choice is allways the strength building choice. Do hard just for sake of being hard. Always.
Now that being said when you are with other VoodooBreaker bros and sis’, this is time to practice your team play – also very important.
This document further describes the pee fee, the best daily warm-up, and critical core exercises. The pee fee and daily program are non-negotiable rituals and must be performed every urination.

It takes a daily non-negotiable commitment and program to cultivate personal growth. That is what it takes, so you can short yourself, or get into that groove of the record that plays the steady song of “championing life.” It’s there for everyone all the time it’s a matter of tuning into that frequency and doing the reps and the work.
It is amazing the results that can be achieved in just ten days when you know what you are doing, and you are calculating macronutrients, rest, and doing serious hydration correctly.
This is redundant throughout this manifesto because it must be chiseled into your thick head:
To get results it must be a well calculated science of high resistance exersize, rest and nutrition.
Your results will be relative to your science, your sweat, and your time in training. Don’t forget high resistance, in the beginning, is lots of reps, calisthenic (body weight) exercise, core more, and joint more focus. This means we are going to open up the physical therapy manual on joints, and we are going to do band or cable resistance joint rotations every day as a top priority. We are going to do thousands of sit-ups, hip abduction, adduction, burpees, and squats first thing in the morning, and first thing in the gym. We are going to run, super-set, while breathing in rhythm, exhaling on exertion. The main exception is on sit-ups hopefully declined where inhalation is on the crunch and exhalation is on the down. This trains us to blow out all air when going down, which is helpful to fight training and landing on hard surfaces.
Talking a bit more about supplements to start with if you are coming out of this super sore, that is good, go ahead and recover at the beginning with good suffering. Magnesium is a salt, and in combination with a good regular salt source hydration, and recovery is drastically improved.
To talk about physical basics in our group is to talk about the metaphysical properties of the physical world because this is the physics understanding most important to physical culture. We have zero understanding of this in the current modern culture that is curiously completely separating us from our actual nature. Whether the practitioner wants to realize the complete dynamic reality around optimization, or not the factors play their roles -arguably the largest. So let us talk about bio-dynamic exercise and intentions. The hero, the protector always has the biggest strongest jaw, and the most chiseled physique it cartoons and movies. Well, these are some of the rare real-life accuracies that if a film intends to describe heroism it must portray. Turns out the real heroes also get some sort of bio-physical change to even their skeletal structure. Men who act are heroes, and it can go so much deeper depending on those actions. In the gym you may have some gruesome imagery in your mind, I know I do especially on the heavy bag. Your intention to do damage and be brutal is everything. If you intend to develop and use these skills for defense and protection you are what we all honor and your epigenetic changes will also be in that direction. Those who intend to do some snake shit, will pay such a price in results, and become more physically frustrated than any other with their results. This is true to the point that I don’t trust someone at all who goes through the motions and does not get the results. In one way or another, we are identifying a liability here. That does not mean every fit person is all good, however, their culture- their self-cultivation itself is right.
Furthermore, human genetics are fantastic vehicles of information scientifically. Intentions, states of gratitude, deceptions, and honesty are being discovered as complex representations in biology all over the place. Severe manifestations of inner qualities are totally possible. The trigger points are hard to identify and patience certainly is the key, as it seems that authenticity and time are certain building blocks here.
The heroic intentions and the high moral character are the most significant keys to the kingdom of champions no doubt about it. In my fairly deep knowledge of nature and biology, it would make perfect sense that honesty and deception have their own respective epigenetic and metaphysical spectrums of limitation.
Protection and similar service are usually of urgent unknown timing, and this tells us that must be ready in mind and body at all times.
Adversarial diversity or diverse resistance is excellent for this. So we sleep on the floor, go into the hot sauna, the cold lake, we run to where we’re not sure we can make it back from, we swim to where we are not sure we will swim back from, we bang extra harder than necessary from time to time. We put our muscles through new types of damage and build new types of resistance from it. We love to suffer. We are the ones who do what nobody does, we are the rare diamonds that instead of proving fake things to the world -prove real things within ourselves and respect the lives, freedoms, and journeys of others.
Silence is worth millions of words. Action is worth billions. Concrete beings of light shine at all times. Talk is cheap.

During the Pee Fee, a metaphysical component of focusing on heroes and heroism should be incorporated. This could be through youtube videos or books.
These videos and gym sessions are made with that old heroic intention that “if I save one person, all these hours of work is worth it.”
